Winter Rules 2025 /26
From Saturday 4th October we will be moving to Winter Rules Preferred lies in the General Area, this will be in operation until March 31st, 2026
Preferred Lies in the General area ( all of the course except tees, greens, bunkers and penalty areas)
A ball laying in the General area may be lifted cleaned and placed within six inches of the original place no nearer the hole. Once the ball has been placed it is in play and may not be moved again without a penalty shot.
During this period the recommendation will be to use mats on the Fairways, Optional until the end of October.
From Saturday November 1st November mats can be used in the General area.
If you do not have a mat, a ball landing on the fairway must be lifted and cleaned and then placed at the nearest point in the semi rough.
To further assist with the proctection of our course Carry Bags are recommended.
Repair all pitch marks and replace divots
Keep trolleys and buggies away from the fringes of the greens
